  • Please note that all new clients and all appointments for New Sets will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day — or forfeited in the case of a ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancellation’ if less than 24 hours notice is given.

    Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of making your appointment or your time slot may be allocated to someone else.

  • Please kindly note that we operate with a strict cancellation policy in place.

    We ask that you please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment — failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of your total service cost.

    Cancellations on the day of your scheduled appointment or “no shows” will result in a fee of 100% of your total service cost.

    All fees must be processed before rebooking.

    We are only human and understand that sometimes things happen outside our control. However we allocate this time exclusively for you so please provide plenty of notice and allow someone else to have your appointment if you are unable to attend.

    All late cancellations and no shows will be amended and accommodated in a timely manner.

  • At The Lash Boss Newcastle we do not offer refunds, credits or repairs for:

    • change of mind

    • insisting on or wishing to proceed with a service or design against our professional opinion

    • misuse such as poor aftercare

    • experiencing an allergic reaction or irritation. We will always provide you with technical support, remove your lashes free of charge and recommend you to seek medical advice.

    Please note that all deposits, pre-paid services and gift vouchers are not refundable. However you can still reschedule to another day or time with 24 hours notice.

    If you are unable to make your appointment and you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, your deposit or prepayment will remain as a credit on your account to go towards a future booking.
